Pavel Nepala graduated with a degree in Economics from the Faculty of Social Sciences of Charles University. Since the company's inception, he has been actively involved in the development of RENOMIA and the creation of customer services. He has participated in numerous domestic and international training courses and internships related to the insurance industry and business management. As a member of the management board, he is responsible for the development of RENOMIA's services in the areas of marketing, information technology, and the company's strategic expansion in Central and Eastern Europe. He actively works to develop and strengthen international relationships. He is creating and developing the unique RENOMIA EUROPEAN PARTNERS service platform, operating in over 30 countries in the CEE region. He also heads the Digitalization Department at RENOMIA.
