The first edition of the International Family Business Summit took place on December 8th, inaugurating a new meeting platform for family businesses from Poland and abroad. The event brought together owners and leaders of businesses built over generations, providing a platform for inspiring conversations about long-term vision, succession, values, and international development. The summit provided an opportunity to exchange experiences, build strategic partnerships, and strengthen relationships based on trust—the foundations that have long determined the strength of family businesses. The first IFBS meeting launched a long-term initiative intended to permanently unite the family business community around a dialogue between tradition and the future.
